WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A LOW VOLTAGE SYSTEM AND A LINE VOLTAGE SYSTEM?
A low voltage landscape lighting system runs at 12 volts as opposed to a line voltage system that runs at 120 volts. 120v is the voltage that powers your home. Low voltage systems are shockless and safe for use around young children and pets.

DO YOU INSTALL SOLAR LANDSCAPE LIGHTING?
No, not at this time. We've found the current solar technology is not up to par yet with other available systems. To get the illumination you get from other systems, you would need extremely large solar panels. If you're looking for an energy efficient, green alternative, consider LED landscape lighting and outdoor lighting fixtures. LED lights have a long life, are energy efficient and environmentally safe (no Mercury or other contaminants).

WHEN YOU INSTALL MY SYSTEM, WILL THERE BE DAMAGE TO ANY OF MY LANDSCAPING?
Low voltage landscape lighting systems require very little disturbance to your existing yard and landscaping. Our professional installers are very plant friendly.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO INSTALL MY SYSTEM?
A basic system can take between one and three days to install. Many factors can affect the time it takes to complete a landscape lighting project, including size of the project, number of fixtures, digging and weather.

WHAT DOES THE AVERAGE SYSTEM COST?
Style, time and quantity of fixtures will affect the cost of your outdoor lighting system. We have installed landscape lighting systems for as little as $2,500, and some of our projects cost more than $150,000. We will work within your budget and needs. Our systems are designed to allow for future growth.

DOES THE SYSTEM COST A LOT TO OPERATE?
Low voltage landscape lighting uses very little energy. LED landscape lighting is even more energy efficient. During the summer, systems are generally on for four hours a night, and six hours a night in winter.

HOW LONG WILL THE LAMPS LAST?
Typical lamps last from 18 to 24 months. LEDs can last for many years.

CAN WE ADD OTHER LIGHT FIXTURES TO OUR LANDSCAPE LIGHTING SYSTEM?
In most cases, yes, provided there is enough room on the transformer. When we design and install a system, we allow for future expansion or lamp changes due to plant growth and other needs.

WHAT ARE THE WARRANTIES ON YOUR SYSTEM?
We offer a one year warranty on the initial installation. Outdoor lighting fixtures have a range of warranties, depending on the manufacturer. Transformers carry a lifetime warranty and are made of stainless steel. We offer several service and maintenance options.
